WFU Information System's Recommendations
We strongly recommend using Google Chrome for the FLP test.
- Currently their are known issues with other browsers.
- Chrome can be downloaded and installed from here.
Testing the audio of your computer before starting.
- We suggest testing your computer browser's audio capability with an alternative media source. Example: Youtube video or an online streaming service.
Experiencing complications during the audio samples
*Spanish only* If you are experiencing an issue with the first audio question, we recommend moving on to the next sample question. Typically the second question will yield better audio quality results.
Launch an incognito window in Google Chrome
- Extensions or other browser features may be interfering.
Try Clearing the Cache of Google Chrome browser.
Problems during the test
Progression of tests are not saved. If you need to retake the test, it must be reset for you. If you experience an abrupt end or an accidental premature close out. Please contact the IS Service Desk.
