How to determine if you have a ARM processor (Windows)

Currently, the WFU VPN has two versions available for PC users. An intel processor version and ARM processor version.

Please follow the instructions below to help identify which is installed in your Windows computer. 

  • Click the Windows Start, type About your PC , in the Windows Search
  • Select About Your PC- System Settings

Window Search with About Your PC in the search field.

  • Under Device Specification look for System Type. You will see either x86, x64, or ARM - based processor
