If you are having trouble initially connecting to the Eduroam network and have previously connected to another universities eduroam wireless network, please follow the steps below:
Note: If you have successfully connected to eduroam on our campus using another institutions credentials, this may prevent you from accessing certain resources such as printers and file shares.
MAC
- Open "System Settings"
- On the left side, select "Privacy & Security"
- Select "Profiles"
- Select "Eduroam" and click delete the profile by clicking the minus button
- Alternatively, you can search for" Profiles" under the "System Settings" search feature.
- Attempt to connect to the Eduroam network again
- You will then be prompted for you WFU credentials (Enter your full @wfu.edu account as the username)
Windows
- Select the Start button > Select Settings > Select Network & internet > Wi-Fi
- Select Manage known networks
- Select Forget next to Eduroam
- Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons on the right side of the taskbar
- Select Eduroam from the available network list and select Connect
- You will then be prompted to enter your WFU username (@wfu.edu) and password
