Android

• Go to Google Play Store and download the Cisco Webex App
• Once installed, open the Webex app and allow Webex to send you notifications
• Select Sign In
• Sign in using your WFU Email address
  • Once prompted, type in your @wfu.edu email address and click Next to proceed through Google Authentication
• You should be prompted to log into Cisco Unified Collaboration. Enter only your WFU Username and your WFU password. Do not include the "@wfu.edu" in your email address.
• Select OK after reading the Emergency Call Notification information
• You should now be logged into the Webex app and the calling feature
• Calling through Webex is like making a call from any other type of phone. Click on the keypad icon, enter a phone number on the dial pad, and then choose whether you want to make an Audio or Video call.

iOS Device

• Go to App Store and download the Cisco Webex App
• Once installed, open the Webex app and allow Webex to send you notifications
• Select Sign In
• Sign in using your WFU Email address
  • Once prompted, type in your @wfu.edu email address and click Next to proceed through Google Authentication
• If prompted that "Webex" would like access to the microphone, choose OK to allow
• If prompted that "Webex" would like to send you notifications, choose OK to allow
• If prompted that "Webex" would like to find and connect to devices on your local network, choose OK to allow
