  • Click Next to begin the installation process, then Accept the terms
  • Click Finish once the installation is complete and launch Webex
  • Once prompted, type in your @wfu.edu email address and click Next to proceed through Google Authentication
  • You should be prompted to log into Cisco Unified Collaboration. Enter only your WFU Username and your WFU password. Do not include the "@wfu.edu" in your email address.
    • If you are not prompted to log into the Cisco Unified Collaboration or have previously set up Webex and now want to use the phone function, locate the "Phone services are disconnected" warning at the bottom of the program and select the "Sign in" button directly next to it

  • Select OK after reading the Emergency Call Notification information
  • You should now be logged into the Webex app and the calling feature
  • Calling through Webex is like making a call from any other type of phone. Click on the keypad icon, enter a phone number on the dial pad, and then choose whether you want to make an Audio or Video call.
