Clear browser cache in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari

Internet Explorer


In IE, go to Tools and select Delete browsing history.

Be sure only the Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data options are checked. Do not check any other option.

Delete Browsing History window

Click on Delete.

Restart your browser.


Firefox

In Firefox, click the menu button Fx89menuButton and

Select Settings.

Select the Privacy & Security panel.

In the Cookies and Site Data section, click  Clear Data.


Click the Clear button.

Restart your browser.

Tip: Here's another way to clear the Firefox cache:

Click on the menu button Fx89menuButton to open the menu panel.

Click History and select Clear Recent History….

Next to Time range to clear, choose Everything from the drop-down menu, select Cache in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected and then click the OK buttonFor

Chrome


In Chrome select the Customize button in the top right (the 3 vertical dots icon).

Choose More Tools - Clear browsing data.


In the next window check Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files, and Browsing History. 


Click Clear data.

Close the customize browser window. Restart your browser.

Safari


In Safari select History - Clear History and Website Data.
